Booking & Payment Information
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking if made less than 30 days before start date.
- Choose to pay the deposit or the whole amount at time of booking.
- A payment link will be emailed to you for the remaining balance 30 days before arrival.
- If your arrival date is within 30 days, the full balance will be taken at the time of booking.
- Everything is handled automatically, making booking simple and straightforward.
Pitches
We have 45 pitches .
Multiple Roof tents /Campervans / Motorhomes or Tents / Trailer tents are allowed per pitch.
Please ensure your units will fit within the pitch size listed, and that you do not exceed the max. persons for this pitch.
Pitch Size: Max 9m x 9m (81m²)
We do not accept caravans.
8 People Maximum Per Pitch
If your party has more than 8 please book 2 pitches.
2 Adults over 16+ included for free on each pitch
We do not charge for children. Additional adults aged 16+ are charged at £3 per night.
If your party has more than 8 please book 2 pitches.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians
We Are A Grass Pitch Site.
Twin-axle vehicles accepted.
1 Vehicle Included With Your Pitch
Car parking by pitch. 1 Extra vehicle allowed charge £3 per night.
Dogs
Unfortunately we do not accept dogs on the campsite.
Shower / Toiulet facilities
Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Arrival Instructions
There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy
No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.
You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

- Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- Units will be allocated on arrival.
Changes to your holiday
- Changes cannot be made once you have booked.
General
- In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Public areas are non-smoking.
- Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m..
- The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
- The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
Safety
- Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
